Yes indeed.  There are a number of validation list APIs.  You can build
the bulk of a programmatic validation list process using the following:

QsyAddValidationLstEntry
QsyRemoveValidationLstEntry
QsyVerifyValidationLstEntry

P.S. Most of the parameters (such as User ID) have one field for the
value, one for the length.  Be sure to set length = %len(%trim(value))
or else the standard interfaces (such as HTTP challenge) won't work.
