iSeries Access for the Web issue / Need help

TO ALL who like help,
 
IBM tells me that not all of the keys have been implemented in the 5250
interface functionality of the iSeries Access for the Web (product
5722XH2).  Specifically, the "field exit" key has not been fully
implemented.  Imagine that?  I am looking for the best approach around
this limitation.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  IBM tells me
it is a browser limitation.
 
Also, if anyone is using iSeries Access for the Web in production using
the 5250 interface to give users access to legacy RPG application in the
Greater Lancaster PA area and would mind helping, I would be grateful to
visit your company for direction on what to expect when we give browser
access to legacy RPG applications using iSeries Access for the Web.
