RPG compiler used to cost something like $2500, now it costs $8000 but includes WDSC for "Free". They couldn't sell the C compiler enough to support it, nor the other items, only RPG made a lot of money for IBM. So the repackaged everything and charge you one price and give you the impression that it is "free".
