Anyone know of a package or utility that would let me send an email that
has both HTML formatted and plan text formatted data (e.g. Content-type:
Multipart/alternative) with attachments directly from an RPG application?

If you're a programmer who's willing to write a little bit of code, you can do this with the QtmmSendMail() API, or directly with the sockets API.
