>From what I understand, creating an RSS feed is basically just
creating an XML file with certain tags.  You update the file to add
items which point to particular URL's in your site.

However you create your HTML, you should be able to create the RSS XML
file using the same process.

FYI - here is the direct link to an "RSS feed" for an InfoWorld
weblog.  The file should open up in IE looking like a text file, and
you should see the XML.
