ColGroup and Col Formatting in FireFox

Has anyone had success getting FireFox to honor formatting specified on
ColGroup and Col tags in a table? 
 
http://www.theleverichs.com/waldenl/ffcol/coltest.html is a prime
example. 
 
As far as I can tell this is the correct use of the tags (and validates
as valid HTML) but FF doesn't center the last column. IE does it
correctly. How's that for a switch, IE is standards compliant, FF isn't?
