Anyone using V5R3 iSeries Access for the Web?

I thought I went through most of the steps in Infocenter, but using
http://myiseries/webnav
gives me a you are not authorized.  But so does
http://myiseries/upyours
http://myiseries:2001 works great.

I did go into the client based iSeries Navigator, Application
Administration and turn on web nav for all users.  And ENDTCPSVR *HTTP
/   STRTCPSVR *HTTP.
