I'm trying to use the jstl/core tag library from java.sun.com. My JSP fails
with an internal servlet error saying that it is unable to open the tag
library and cannot find the TLD. I'm using apache w/tomcat on our iseries.
V5R2. Is this a PTF issue or am I missing something from the config side? I
can ping java.sun.com from an iSeries command line.
