Yet Another update.

Just by chance I checked the HTTP attributes and it was set
and min threads 3, and max threads 5. 

I changed these to the default of 10 and 40 (respectivley)
and things seemed to be working.

Now, the problem seems to be when more requests come in
that  it can handle, it just dies.  This is WRONG and it
appears that this would be a major problem.

The same problem would occur if you had 100 simultaneous
reuqests to your web page and had the max threads set to
below 100.  Instead of the request waiting for the next
availble job, the whole server instance just dies.

Maybe I'll switch my client back to Classic.  :)  We do
plan on calling IBM support for this.  This is totally
unacceptable.
