If you have changed the non-ssl port to 8080, then somewhere in your config
file you should see 8080.

Look for a line that says "Listen"; mine only says "Listen 10.x.x.x:443" so
it only listens on port 443.  Also, add a line "SSLRequireSSL"

I don't know how to do it via GUI, but editing two lines shouldn't be too
hard.
