If I remember correctly, QZHJSVLT is part of the Websphere App server.  It
is usually in QAPPSVR.  The joblog states it is looking for it in QHTTPSVR.
Display the configuration file, for your HTTP nstance, and either remove
the
Websphere references, or make sure the library is QAPPSVR for QZHJSVLT
