Now there is an update English version of SQLAXML utility.

The command interface and message file are now in English. Its possible to
translate XMLMSGF file to other langs and use it specifying it using new
Parm MSGF(XMLMSGFESP) (in this case Spanish Msgf)

Other changes are:

- Solved limitation (point 2.) to use whatever pf-src and patch CPF4131
error.
- All Xml tags in lowercase. The output formart are now:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<resultset>
<row>
<"field name">return value</"filed name">
<"field name">return value</"filed name">
<"field name">return value</"filed name">
.....
</row>
<row>
.....
</row>
</resultset>
