After the content header you must have an _empty_ line.  The first NL
terminates the content header, it is the second that gives the empty line.

P.S. Don't waste you time messing with the "raw" APIs - run (don't walk) to
www-922.ibm.com and download the CGIDEV2 library for free!  Life is too
short to waste reinventing the wheel!
