RE: Windows 2000 SP4 (SERVICE.EXE) -- WEB400

However: will the PC be impacted by the fact that I cannot apply any of the
other critical updates because SP4 is required to be installed first?

I wish I could be at SP3 level with all its features and wait for a "good"
SP4...
