Hi All
We're about to take the Webfacing Plunge. Would really love to hear stories about your experience.

* Do you regret it? Delighted?
* What are the major gotchas?
* Pros and Cons?
* Is response time acceptable to your users?
* What is the difference in seconds with response time.
* Were your overall expectations met or did you get in over your head?
* Did the project take longer than you anticipated?
* Did you have to upgrade your iSeries to do the webfacing? (The IBM workload estimator said we need a 810 with a 1070 CPW rating, the performance material said webfacing requires 3-8 times the CPU workload)
* Any performance tips?
* Have you taken the zero CPW plunge? Huge difference in price but I can see getting lots of extra DASD and Main Storage with the savings.

I work at a medium sized shop of about 250 users.
We plan to use Webfacing as part of an integration project to bring web and non-web (Green screen, windows) apps together.
We currently run a 720(Processor CPW= 240, Interactive = 70) and plan to upgrade to an 810 ( because the workload estimator said we have to. Yes sir!).

Any help appreciated!

Thanks!
