I doubt that IBM is dropping WebFacing, Patrick. I'm pretty sure that HATS is a true screen scraper, in that it requires interactive CPW. Also, from what I understand, it's less customizable than WebFacing. Nothing beats PSC/400, though, for ease of use, speed, and incredibly good looking output.
