If the remote_user is what you want, you can call the PASE APIs to retrieve
any environment variable or call QtmhGetEnv from RPG IV to retrieve them.

The REMOTE_USER environment variable contains the user ID.  The Net.Data
reference provides the syntax for retrieving "environment" variables like
this.
