Lots of java based solutions, many in sourceforge....

We bought a product called "ChartWorks" by Visual Mining... It's ok but a bit
overpriced....

Subject: [WEB400] Dynamically Generated Graphs

(sorry 'bout the cross post - looking for as many options as possible)

hey all,

I'm looking for an iseries based graphics generator. Something that will
accept x and y coordinate ranges, and data to generate a graph image file
on the fly, suitable for displaying in a web page (.gif, .jpg, whatever).

I would prefer that it reside on the iseries, and that it be as 'plug and
play' as possible. I don't have a lot of time for a big learning curve,
or a lot of additional programming.

I saw a couple of packages mentioned in the archives, but the posts were
all more than a year old, and most of them appeared to be PC based. I was
wondering if there was anything new out there.

vendors solutions are welcome.

Thanks,

Rick
