Yes, and with earlier versions of the WF tool.  The conversion got better
and better with each successive version.

Absolutely.  Our 'major' module, Service Order was extensively tested.  Some
of the other modules were tested, albeit more superficially.  I would guess
that I personally saw 1000 panels or so.  Maybe 1% had glitches (and that
was with WDSCi 4.0)  For purposes of our evaluation, I specifically insisted
on NOT changing a single line of source code.
