It all depends on what you want them to look like when you're all done. If your guy is picky and is making many customisations to each panel (or even combining panels) then it'll take longer. Is your guy learning Java, Javascript, HTML, HTTP server, WAS and PC file systems at the same time he's trying to learn how to use WDSCi?
