I have a lot of catching up to do. I'm still playing around with this stuff for amusement purposes. It's funny, I'll show my golf program or a basic selection programs like this: http://netshare400.com:3011/cgi-mhaston/report01?TYPE=CN&submit=Go (PLEASE DON'T SELECT "DS" TYPE) ;) to other programmers and they're very interested in the fact that it's RPGLE and HTML. Their eyes light up to something new. I show it to a management type and it's either no reply to the email or something to the effect of "don't show that to the users .. they'll want it"! PS - Did I see tools to let you do includes in CGI RPGLE now? I played with a poll program, but then realized I didn't know how to embed it in an eRPG web page. http://netshare400.com:3011/cgi-mhaston/poll?pollnbr=1 -----Original Message----- From: jrc@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jrc@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, May 09, 2003 8:21 AM To: web400@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: RE: Re: RE: [WEB400] CGI and *LIBL Yes. And I verified in the book that calling the API with '-init' should retrieve the QUERY_STRING which I then PUT into the environment. Joel >Was that in the second eRPG book?
