Net.Data Problem - Query String -- WEB400

We recently upgraded to V5R2 from V5R1 in our shop.  Before the update we
had all of the most recent PTFs installed and our internal web server
running on the Apache web server.  After the update some of the Net.Data
macros stopped working.  Anything with a Query string on it will crash.
Forms that are submitted with a POST method work just fine.  I have tried
looking at error logs and changing the web server configuration.  Nothing
seems to be pointing me in the right direction.

Has anybody else had similar problems?
