I am thinking about having one WF project for each menu item for my
application (about 80 items). Then I can copy the resulting folders into
a single WAS project. The resulting set of "index.html" will then
correspond to my menu items. Is this the best way or is there an easier
way to organize my work?

Is there any magic about the number on the query string and the
resulting (matching) resource file? Using my approach, I'm going to have
one resource file for each menu item. I am thinking about renaming the
resource files to correspond to my menu tree.
