Lloyd,

 I'm just wondering if I'm missing a PTF or something. Most examples I've
seen are pretty much exactly what I'm doing. I've made my global user
profile the owner of the validation list so there should be no problem with
authority. I restart the server every time I make a change. I've been doing
it so much that I have a keyboard macro to handle it. I'm really at a loss
here. I can't implement this system without the protection scheme in place.
