Brad:  You must have missed my followup.  (Check the archives.)  I
tried three different browsers:  NS 4.04 and IE 5.0 showed the menu
bar.  But Mozilla 1.0 did not.  I'll try Kongueror this evening, but
since it supports standard ECMAscript-262 (like Moz), my guess is
that it too will *not* show the menu bar.  I'll report back on that
test tomorrow.
