Brad, are you saying that the maximum threads value on the CHGHTTPA screen
is set to seven (7)?  If so, then a single Netscape user could exhaust that
resource.  Others may try to connect, but even static content won't be
available.

Has the site been getting more visitors, recently?  The cause of the problem
may be as simple as that.
