But then, maybe I am assuming you want to use a binding directory with RPG and not COBOL or something. I use a binding directory for the ease of using the H spec keyword BNDDIR. This beats having to change my compile options to list my various service programs used within a program. A binding directory is a list used by the compiler to find the subprocedures referenced in the modules when you create the program.
