Do you have lines like these in the <head>-part of your html? <meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache"> <meta http-equiv="expires" content="0"> Give that a try. You can somehow force IE to reload with Strg + F5. When you use frames, better right-click on the frame and select "Reload" or "Refresh" (mine is german). When you have a link to another page, there seems to exist some logic that you get an old page.
