Moving Web Servers to a different System -- WEB400

I've have a system with several web sites running on it at V4R4. There are some
questions on if going to V5R1 will break them. Long story short I need to move
them to another system. I've copied the IFS directoriese to V4R2 box and need to
know what else I need to move.

If I go into the admin page on the v4r2 system none of the sites show up. I know
I could re-create in the instances by hand... but there must a file(s) I'm
missing that I can copy.

Anyone done this before?
