I am just finishing up going from V4R5 to V5R1,
normal cgi-dev did not work yet,
thought I would check out admin stuff for and weird set-up issues,
I try to start it, and it just dies...

anyone go a clue, I have LOTS of problems with this upgrade -
printers, joblogs, showcase not working, and a very slow system...
