I HTML doesn't support subfiles and neither does CGI. So if you interpreted my statements to mean that we had circumvented this issue, that was not accurate. What I was implying was that using CGI and HTML end uses have a different expectation level than what is created by using the current Webfacing tool. If a pop up window is displayed, containing a subfile, and you scroll that subfile... argh! That's all.
