WRKUSRPRF QTMHHTP (and option 5 to display)
 Status . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   *ENABLED  (if not, then F12
and then use option 2 to change)

While the job is active -use WRKACTJOB SBS(QHTTPSVR)
should see:
    Subsystem/Job  User        Type  CPU %          Function
Status
    QHTTPSVR       QSYS        SBS      .0
DEQW
  5       DEFAULT      QTMHHTTP    BCH      .2  PGM-QZHBHTTP     CNDW
          DEFAULT      QTMHHTTP    BCI      .0

          DEFAULT      QTMHHTTP    BCI      .0
TIMW

use option 5 on  on 1st server job
option 10  (Display job log ..) then F10 to display detailed messages
should see something like this:
CALL PGM(QHTTPSVR/QZHBHTTP) PARM('1' 'DEFAULT' '-uiMin' '3' '-uiMax' '50'
'-cEAMap' '*CCSID' '-cAEMap' '*CCSID' '-uiCCSID' '819' '-r' '/QSYS.LIB/QUS

any messages after this call?

If job not running, then   Wrksplf qtmhhttp
should get list of job logs
