I've been setting up various environments for devel, test and production to
put java, HTML, etc.  I keep running into various issues (i.e. access to
different data sets, distribution issues, constantly changing CLASSPATHs).

I'm starting to feel like a square peg in a round hole....   What are you
folks doing to mange change for JSPs, servlets, and java applications?
Since java doesn't have the concept of a library list, I feel a bit out of
my element....

what do you folks think?
