This somehow got hosed up. I redid the rpg without worrying about spacing
so hopefully it will all come across correctly.

C eval wrtdta Ğhtmlheader + newline + newline
C eval wrtdtalen Ğ%len(%trim(wrtdta))
C callb 'QtmhWrStout'
C parm wrtdata
C parm wrtdtalen
C parm qusec

C eval wrtdta Ğ'html stuff here'
C eval wrtdtalen Ğ%len(%trim(wrtdta))
C callb 'QtmhWrStout'
C parm wrtdata
C parm wrtdtalen
C parm qusec
