I was wondering if anyone has done this, or knows of a site that I could see
some source code.

basically this is what I had on green screen (check boxes for how you want
to price - set to auto entry -
thus changing what fields are displayed back to the user (ie amount xxx.xxx
or percent xx.xx and so on)

I want to do the same "fancy/cool" stuff with-in my CGI program, I know it
will have to be java-script, but
I am not even sure what to look for to get an example at the sites that I
can get some script from??

Any help on terminology would be greatly appreciated.
