Ending QZDASOINIT jobs

We are having problems with our backups because the QZDASOINIT jobs are not 
ending and they maintain object locks. We are currently connecting with 
WebLogic; but, will soon switch to WebSphere. Is there a clean automatic way to 
end QZDASOINIT jobs in QSERVER.  If there is, can you distinguish the actual 
user vs QUSER or is this asking to much?
