You could use my GETURI command. Then just analyze the data you get back. It's in the open source section of www.bvstools.com. If you're inside a firewall, and your web server is too, make sure that the path it takes goes out, then back in otherwise if your firewall is down and that's the problem it won't work. No solution will unless you come from the outside in, and the firewall is part of the problem. This can be done by not having an internal DNS entry for the site.
