Some releases of the operating system ago, they changed it so that any job running under a user profile with *ALLOBJ cannot have it's joblog looked at by anyone without *ALLOBJ. Whilst many developers clamored for *ALLOBJ we found out that they were submitting scheduled jobs with users with *ALLOBJ for no good reason. We removed the *ALLOBJ from the user profiles used for scheduled jobs and ran into ZERO problems. The developers are still desperately searching for a good reason to have *ALLOBJ. However, in your case, you may not be able to control the user profile that your RPG-CGI job runs under. Alas. It tells me I'm not authorized to the job log nor to the job, even though QPGMR has *ALL authority to the job description and userid associated with QHTTPSVR. What could be causing the problem? -Chris --------------------------------------------------------- Christopher A.
