Carolyn,
I bought the book as well, though my experience has been different. I have
e-mail Brad more than once and recieved prompt replies everytime.

Interesting discussion - I can't resist adding my 2cents... I DID buy the
book... I ran into problems, and emailed the author... got absolutely NO
response... in desperately searching for assistance, I came upon the CGIDEV
site... emailed its authors, and received almost instantaneous response...
finally, 3 or 4 emails later, I was still stumped, so I called Giovanni, who
was extremely gracious, and was finally able to get me going!
Yeah! Giovanni rules!
