Once the password is expired the user cannot log in. Note: The user may or may not have access to Client Access which does accommodate changing the password. So the problem isn't that the profiles doesn't expire.... it is how to handle them as they expire. I kinda like the idea of not having anything internal accessible ie.. a file that contains the user ID's protected to the hilt, accessed using DDM to the main server etc...
