Tried starting SEP for the first time using RDi 9.8, and it wanted me to
start the SSH server. Apparently this is not set up on the server.

STRTCPSVR SERVER(*SSHD)
STRTCPSVR ended abnormally. Reason code is 0005.
Cause . . . . . : STRTCPSVR processing ended abnormally, reason code is
0005. Reason codes and their meanings follow: 0001 - QSYSWRK is not
active. The QSYSWRK subsystem must be active before using the Start TCP/IP
Server (STRTCPSVR) or End TCP/IP Server (ENDTCPSVR) CL command. 0002 -
TCP/IP has not been activated. TCP/IP must be active before using the
STRTCPSVR or ENDTCPSVR CL command. 0003 - The IBM HTTP Server for i product
must be installed before using the Start TCP/IP Server (STRTCPSVR) command
to start the server. The product identifier is 5770DG1. 0004 - The IBM
HTTP Server for i product must be installed before using the Configure
TCP/IP Applications (CFGTCPAPP) command to configure the HTTP server. The
product identifier is 5770DG1. 0005 - STRTCPSVR processing SSHD server
failed. Server product must be loaded to continue process. 0006 - The IBM
Developer Kit for Java product must be installed before using the Start
TCP/IP Server (STRTCPSVR) command to start the server. The product
identifier is 5770JV1. 0009 - TCP/IP is operating in limited mode.
STRTCPSVR not allowed when TCP/IP is in limited mode. Recovery . . . :
Based on the reason code, do one of the following and then try the request
again: 0001 - Start the QSYSWRK subsystem using the Start Subsystem
(STRSBS) CL command. 0002 - Start TCP/IP by issuing the Start TCP/IP
(STRTCP) CL command. 0003 - Install the 5770DG1 product. 0004 - Install the
5770DG1 product. 0005 - Load the server product. 0006 - Install the 5770JV1
product. 0009 - If the system is in restricted state, take it out of
restricted state. Then issue STRTCP to take TCP/IP out of limited mode.

I have never seen this before, so the question is: Do we really need SSH
for SEP debug to function in RDi 9.8?
