If you have the license, go 9.8. You won't be disappointed.
I haven't done debugging with VS Code code4i. It requires additional open
ports and setup on the server, which isn't done where I work.

We are still using RDi 9.6. I just got a new Windows 11 laptop, and I'ma
having trouble installing RDi 9.6 on it.
- The single user install does nothing unless I install as an admin
user, but that installs into the Admin User's folders.
- The Admin install appears to work, and I can apply the license pack,
but when I try to connect to a host, the dialog appears, but it is
empty.
Is the only option to upgrade to 9.8?
What about VS Code? how does it's debug compare to SEP in RDi. (That was
game changer for me)?--
