Same here, but it still required admin rights in this case. I've never had
this issue before, but I didn't do the initial setup. I suspect someone
might have followed the licensing prompt that pops up. The one that
doesn't work with 9.8.

FWIW: I always install RDi in my home directory, specifically so I
don't have to use admin rights to perform updates.
