Hello all,

I looked at the PTF groups and they match across the partition that works and the one that does not. We have a third-party company that hosts our systems and they keep everything the same OS-wise.

I may not have mentioned that this worked fine a few months ago, and we haven't applied any PTFs to either system since then.

I thought it might be some sort of a Java issue, but that wouldn't explain why it would work right for one of the partitions and NOT work for the other.

Any other thoughts? I have tried reinstalling RDI and that didn't help. Thanks!

Bill
