I have the product instlalled and have followed the video. Still does not
show as licensed!

History so far:
I downloaded 9.8 as a trial and later paid for a permanent licens.
Had difficulty finding the activation package but after a lengthy call to
IBM support (where I had to explain what RDI was) I eventually got an email
pointing me to a site within Passport Advantage with downloads.
I could not ONLY download the activation package but when I clicked download
link for 9.8 ?2 files? activation was one of these.
Hooray!
I have then follows the very instructive youtube video on how to apply
activation package. Every single step. Double checked and triple checked.
But? License status remains as ?trial?
Or should it be trials and tribulations?
Or as the germans say ?Warum etwas einfach machen wenn mann es auch so schön
comlizieren kann??
