Working in RDI and attempting to compile a program. This is a program

Attempting to compile this program in RDI I get a CPF9810 error popupwith the message "Library Power9.UBT not found." We have no library that I

name libraries.
Any thoughts on what I have configured incorrectly or need to do toresolve this issue?
