Have you ever been able to change the Project path, once it is defined? (I certainly haven't - just tried again in RDi 9.6.)

I doubt very much that iProjects has changed between 9.6 and 9.8 - in fact I don't think there have been any significant changes to iProjects for ... years.

What I have done in the past is Copy/Paste the existing destination directory (and contents) to the new location whilst creating a new Project.

In iProjects View:
- Right click the Project to get the context menu
- Copy the project
- Right click in white space, Paste the Project
- In the CREATE PROJECT pop-up window, change the Project name as required
- Uncheck USE DEFAULT LOCATION and use the Browse button to specify the new location (create a new folder/directory if necessary)
- Back at the CREATE PROJECT window, click on Copy

This will create a duplicate of the Project in the desired location. You can now delete the "old" project entirely. (You can also Rename the "new" Project from the context menu, if you wish.)

HTH,
Brian.

Brian, I did not. I’ve spent a fair amount of time rooting around in
Preferences and have found where the paths is defined…but the option to
change it is invisible.

This is really, really bad product management. People who rely on
iProjects have been screwed without a kiss.

On RDi 9.8, how do you change the iProjects destination folder? It's

to my Documents folder; on previous releases, it was prompted.

Thanks!
