Hi Gio,

If you purchased an Authorized user license, and have been paying Software Maintenance (SWMA), then yes, you are able to upgrade to 9.8 and get your 9.8 License from Passport Advantage.

If this is the case, keep in mind you do NOT use IBM Installation Manager or Mange Licenses to apply the license.

You apply them using the P2 install software. You can see my 90 second video on how to install the P2 license here: https://youtu.be/XE5ZObicsAQ

If you mean you purchased the Software Subscription, you may need to contact customer support to assist you.

Hi all

sorry if other people have already asked this question (I tried searching but couldn't find the answers);

we have the software subscription and Passport Advantage.

I would like to know if to have the RDI 9.8 product license, I have to make a purchase, or if having subscription and Passport Advantage software,

can I download the RDI 9.8 license keys from the Passport Advantage site?

Thanks in advance

Gio
