In-fo about check update RDI 9.8.0.0

Hi all

Some weeks ago , i installed RDI 9.8.0.0; now i would like to chek if there
are some avaiable update . i clicked on Help > Rational Developer for i
release and update , but i receive the following error .

How i could solve it ?

Other question : in RDI 9.6.0 in the Hel menu i find also Ibm installatio
manager . i'm missing some thing ?
