You can use the same thing for control code as for procedures - not both at the same time, though - or for code only - no comments - or comments only - or a few other options. Each collapses everything, and you get a plus-sign to click on to open what you want to see more of.
My favorite, the outline, can collapse (fold) you subroutines and subprocedures - not control blocks within either, though.
